Fixed Speed Standard Assembly

250-PHO: Pump Head Only
The 250-PHO offers reliability and precision in a small package. The 250 pump head, with 2 1/4" square housing, is capable of flow rates up to 450 ml per minute. The 250-PHO is a good choice for use from the laboratory to industrial appications. It is available in fixed speed, air drive and, variable DC configurations.

250-140 & 250-150: Fixed Speed Assemblies
The 250-140 and 250-150 are fixed speed assemblies featuring the 250 pump head mounted on a steel base with a shunt-wound, geared motor and an expanded metal cover. These assemblies are compact, easy-to-use units that are suitable for low-flow metering applications.

250-342: Vari-Flow™ DC Speed Control Pump
The 250-342 is an assembly with a DC motor and control mounted on a steel base. The standard control comes in a NEMA 4 enclosure and provides features such as a forward/brake/reverse switch, local/remote selection, and manual speed potentiometer. The control can receive a signal input of 4-20 MA or 0-10 VDC. The 250-342 Vari-Flow pump is suitable for process applications, laboratory, and industrial uses.

250-400: Air Driven Pump
The 250-400 is an assembly consisting of an air motor and pump mounted on a steel base. The air motor is intended for safe use in applications where there may be explosive vapors or powders present.

Tubing Sizes:
The 250-PHO uses two interchangeable sizes of tubing: 1/16" I.D. x 3/16" O.D. or 1/8" I.D. x 1/4" O.D.

Industries: Paper & pulp, laboratory, sampling, water treatment, ink, and fluid transfer.
